Alex is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD) with a Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management and has worked for the Trust since January 2021. Prior to moving into Education, Alex worked as an HR Consultant in many sectors in industry and also has significant public sector experience having worked for nine years in various HR roles within the NHS. Alex completed her NPQ in Executive Leadership in 2022. In addition to her role Alex volunteers as a trustee for Service Six, a charity providing mental health support to children and young people and has previous experience as a governor for a local primary school.
