Chris has over a decade of experience in managing the maintained school estate across Northamptonshire, including procuring and delivering condition and other capital projects to ensure that all schools were fit for purpose and that the LA fulfilled its statutory obligation of providing a sufficiency of school places. Chris is now primarily responsible for maintaining the trust’s school estate, securing external funding and progressing capital projects.
