Scott Nevett

Scott has worked in education since 2004 and is an experienced senior school leader with over ten years in leadership roles, most recently serving as Headteacher of Southfield School for Girls. He holds the National Professional Qualification for Executive Leadership (NPQEL). In his role as Executive Director, Scott leads on school improvement, curriculum development, the quality assurance of educational standards, and improving the quality of teaching and assessment across the Trust. Scott oversees the development of high-quality professional learning, including the quality assurance of Early Career Teachers. He is passionate about developing teachers to be their best, with a commitment to securing the best possible outcomes for our young people.
