Bal has spent his career implementing major technical, digital and business transformations across both the private and public sector for large global blue chip organisations, helping companies transition to new markets, changing customer demands and optimizing their business models.
Bal has spent his early career in numerous technical roles before moving into operational and Business change leadership positions. Bal successfully ran his own consultancy business for over 15 years working with executive leaders managing and implementing organisation change. Bal has also been a Governor for 16 years contributing the evolution of a large local senior school, helping the school achieve its successes and also manage its challenges. Bal brings to Trustees a breadth of business and technical acumen as well as the experience of both achieving success and failure from his career. Bal is currently Vice President of BlackRock.
